Magandang araw po s inyong tanggapan ako po si ariel mansit isang kidney transplant patient sa national kidney and transplant institute ako po ay lumalapit s inyong tanggapan upang humingi ng tulong para po sa aking pang araw araw na gamutan upang hindi mag reject ang aking kidney nawa po ay matugunan ninyo ang aking kahilingan,salamat po s inyong pagtugon..

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
