I am Almar Dela Torre Noveno, 49 years old and presently living in B1 L31 Villa Celestina 
Subd., Brgy. Magsaysay, San Pedro City, Laguna. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation on your efforts to ease the burden of many by giving medical assistance to a lot of patients. I am writing this letter to you in good faith to request financial assistance or any form of aid to buy prosthesis for my upcoming operation, a Total Hip Arthroplasty, Revision.
