Good day,

               I would like to request for a medical assistance for the chemotherapy of my father, he is diagnosed with COLON CA last March 2023. He is prescribed to do the therapy ASAP and we are scheduled for an OPD check-up on the 24th April at VICENTE SOTTO HOSPITAL IN CEBU CITY. Can we ask if how can we avail an assistance in your respective office? Thank you so much..

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
