Congressman Bolet Banal has been identified as the representative of the Office of the Vice President. I would like to request any document or information about the official role of Congressman Banal at the OVP. Appointment papers, contracts, or memorandum of agreement would be helpful.

If he's being paid, I would like to ask how much he is receiving.
