Dear VP Leni,

A pleasant day to you. We would like to seek financial help for my daughter who was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease at the age of 25. She was admitted at Valenzuela Citycare and currently our hospital bill is running and piled up. I only works as Machine Operator while my wife is Factory Worker and we are considered as Indigent. Our means of income is not enough to cover the 180K hospital bill. 

May we seek your good heart for any amount of donations as it will be a big help for my daughter.
