DEAR MADAM VICE PRES. LENIE ROBREDO,

Mapagpalang Araw po sa inyo at lahat po ng staff ng Office of the Vice President!!! Ako po ay lumalapit sa inyo upang makahingi po ng financial na tulong para po sa aking karamdaman BREAST CANCER STAGE 4 W/BONE METASTASES. Ako po si LORNA N.RAMOS 54 taong gulang,may asawa at tatlong Anak na pawang mga nag aaral pa sa pampublikong eskwelahan. ako po ay kasulukuyang lumalaban sa sakit na ito kami po mag asawa ay walang trabaho dahil po pareho po kmi may karamdaman...naninikluhod po ako na akoy mabigyan nyo ng tulong pinansyal para po makabili ng aking gamot
