Good day po VP Leni,

We are humbly asking for your financial assistance to cater swab tests upon admission, medicines, laboratory and other related medical expenses of my mother, who is scheduled to undergo angiogram on January 14, 2022 at Philippine Heart Center. My father got died last September which affects so much of our finances and emotional as well.  Kindly give us assistance for this important matter concerning the health of my mother. Kahit ito na po ang papasko ninyo sa aming pamilya. Salamat po ng marami at mabuhay kayo! God bless us all!
