Hi,

Good day, I am writing this letter address to the Office of Vice President to seek for an assistance for my hospitalization due to covid-19. I an working as a Medical Technologist and a frontliner when I contacted the virus. I was hospitalised and only manage to be discharge by promisory note, I am asking your good office for an assistance to help me with the cost which is a burden to me and my family.
