Good day! Isa po akong Medical Technologist sa isang pribadong institution sa Bicol. I am writing this letter for the request of financial assistance due to Covid 19 positive. I tested positive for Covid last September 29,2021. I was hospitalized for 11 days with mild condition. I am experiencing financial difficulties and wasn't be able to pay the hospital bills due to the impact of covid 19. Hindi po sapat ang nakuha namin na sss benefits para po mabayaran lahat ng aking bills. Sana po ako ay inyong matulungan with this matter. Maraming Salamat po! GOD Bless!
