Dear, OVP.

Good day!

I, Brito, Chelsea-Lyn would like to seek help for medical assistance of my mother, Merlita Brito who was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer and will undergo major operation for the removal of her tumor on her rectum and liver. Patient also need to have her CT Scan and other laboratory examination as part of her treatment and diagnosis. 

We can't afford paying her medical needs and tests. I appreciate your medical assistance at any cost and it's very big help for my mom and my family.
