Ako po si Lino Bandal, lumalapit sa inyo VP Leni Robredo , sana po ay mabigyan niyo po ako ng artificial na paa upang makapag trabaho muli. Ako po ay nagkaroon ng type 2 diabetes at mabilis nitong nabulok ang aking paa,ako po ngayon ay amputee na. Nangangailangan po ako  ng pang maintenance na panglinis po sa sugat at pang maintenance po na mga gamot para mapanatili po sa normal ang aking blood sugar. Ngayon po ay wala na po akonv trabaho, ako po ay may anak na anim at inaasahan po ng aking pamilya kaya sana po ay matulungan niyo po kami VP, Maraming Salamat po.
