Good Afternoon po VP Leni, nais ko pong humingi ng tulong para sa pag papagamot po ng aking asawa. Pangunahing pangangailangan po namin ay yung chemo drugs, gamot na iniinom pagkatapos po syang ichemo at laboratory na kailangan niya po kada session. Sa kasalukuyan po sya ay nagpapagamot sa De la salle university medical center (opd) cavite po. Sana'y mabigyan po ng tugon.
