I would like to request for the liquidation of the 7.92 Billion for One-Covid Allowance released by the DBM to the DOH.
The name of the DOH hospital, rehab, private hospitals, offices and state university hospitals and the amount they receive.
MANY HOSPITALS ARE COMPLAINING BECAUSE THEY ONLY RECEIVED JANUARY AND FEBRUARY OF THEIR OCA AND SOME HOSPITALS DID NOT RECEIVED ANY OCA.
THE DOH CENTRAL ARE SAYING THAT THE FUNDS WERE ALREADY EXHAUSTED, THUS WE ARE REQUESTING FOR THE LIQUIDATION. 
HOPING TO HAVE A CLEAN GOVERNMENT AND TO GIVE THE HEALTH WORKERS OF WHAT THEY DESERVE. Thank you so much!
