Good Day Madam Vice President,

Sana po ay matulungan po ninyo kami na magkaroon ng financial aid para sa papa ko na diabetic, kailangan pong i-laboratory siya nang madalas para i-monitor ‘yung blood sugar level niya. Wala po kaming pera para tustusan iyon. Sana po matulungan ninyo kami.
