Magandang hapon po mam, 
Ako po ay si
Gillian Santamaria Leaño, Ang tatay ko po na si Dennis Santamaria ay naka confine po sa Philippine Heart Center. Hingi lang po sana kami ng tulong para po sa Father namin na sumailalim po sa Bypass Surgery po noong May 15, 2021. Hindi pa po kasi namin sya ma discharge dahil po kulang pa po ang pambayad po namin. 978,000 pa po ang total balance po namin sa hospital. Nakapag down na po kasi kami ng 230,000 sa hospital pinangutang pa po namin yung down-payment po namin. Sana po matulungan nyo po kami. Maraming salamat po.
