Dear Vice President Madam Leni Robredo,

Ako po si Dolly Llauderes 57 years old. Sumulat po ako sa inyo para po humingi ng tulong pinansyal para po sa aking apo na si Xielo Llauderes. Si Xielo po ay 11 years old at  nagkaroon ng bali ng buto sa likod. Ang sabi po ng Doctor sa Philippine Orthopedic Center, siya po ay dapat maoperahan sa lalong madaling panahon para maiwasan na siya ay maparalisa. Ang gagamitin pong mga bakal ay mabibili sa  (Gold Med. Distribution Incorporated) sa halagang 350,000 pesos. Sana po ay matulungan ninyo po kami para sa operasyon ng aking apo. Maraming salamat po.
