Dear VP Leni Robredo,

Ako po ay si Emma D. Silvestre at sumusulat po ako para humingi ng financial assistance para sa aking laboratory request na PET CT scan na gagawin sa National Kidney Institute. Na- diagnosed po ako na may Cervical Cancer.

Sabi po ng doctor ay kailangan mapa PET CT scan po ako para mapagamot na po ako agad agad. Humihingi po ako ng tulong na matulungan po ninyo ako sa kadahilanan ako po ay nahirapan na sa pag papagamot at malaking halaga po na pera ang kailangan sa aking procedure. Sana po ay matulungan ninyo ako, para po ako ay mapagamot na agad.
