Magandang araw po.. Ako po si jemma canonigo Anak ni Delma Borres. Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong sa inyong tanggapan upang mabili po namin ang gamot na kailangan ng aking nanay na stroke po. Maraming salamat po naway kami po ay matulongan niyo.. God bless you po at naway marami pa kayong matulongan.
