Dear Vice President Robredo,

	My name is Gerry S. Brito, and I am writing to you to ask for financia/medical assistance for my common law wife, Merlita Vargas Tan’s hospitalization bills. Last week, my wife underwent Exploratory Laparotomy, Adhesiolysis last November 25, 2021 at MCU Hospital. Currently, she is still confined and is on IV fluids and IV antibiotics.

	With this, I would like to humbly request your good office, to please assist us for the bills.
