Hi, I would like to request a financial assistance to pay my hospital bills, I was tested covid positive last September 19 with my co-worker it took me 10 days for hospitalization and the other 4 days for home quarantine.
Isa po akong health care worker working in laboratory  dito po sa Bicol with a minimum wage. Medyo mahirap kasi everyday exposed kami just to serve for their healthcare needs. If I can get a financial assistance from this agency I was very thankful at least it will lessen my payment for my outstanding bills and debt for hospitalization. Thank you and Godbless.
