Hi! I would like to seeks assistance if you can help me seek medical assistance from the Office of the Vice President Leni for the hospitalization bill for my premature baby currently in the hospital born last Dec.13. May I know if have charity or foundation for that and how can I seek help? What are the requirements needed? Please help. Thanks.
