Good day to the Office of the Vice President, 

I am humbly seeking for medical assistance to my mother who is a breast cancer patient with HER2 positive. Her left breast was already removed in year 2022. Her ongoing check-ups is found to have 9 lymph nodes on the lungs that is found related to CA due to aggressiveness of HER2. Oncologist diagnose that my mother is on Stage 4 CA. She currently having difficulty in breathing and was also admitted due to this. Oncologist suggested for chemotherapy to stop spreading of the CA cells. We're hoping that you will accept our request for assistance.
