Sir/Madam:

Good day!
I would like to ask for a hospital bill assistance for my sister, MARY LETHELYN C. RONQUILLO, a teacher, who diagnosed with t/c Metabolic Encephalopathy, r/o Viral Meningitis. She is currently admitted in Fe del Mundo Medical Hospital which is a private hospital. The family don’t have any choice but to admit her in the said hospital due to emergency and it was the only hospital who accepted her out of many private/public hospitals that declined her due to overwhelming patient capacity in the Philippines.
