Magandang Araw po VP Leni, kami po ay humihingi ng konting tulong para sa aming ina na naka confine sa Lung center of the Phils magdadalawang 2 buwan na po ngayon dahil siya po ay nadiagnosed na may Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer, may lumalaki po siyang bukol sa may leeg at dahil don lumiliit ang daanan ng kanyang paghinga. Humihingi po sana kami ng kahit konting tulong para po mabawan ang aming bill sa hospital na nagtotal na po ngayon sa mahigit php 500,000 mahigit. Sana po mabigyan nyo po kami ng konting oras.pwede ko pong ipadala sainyo ang mga dokumento, saan ko po ba pwedeng ipadala?salamatp
