Magandang Araw!

Bilang isang residente ng Pilipinas, nais ko sanang mag-suggest ng isang makabuluhang "additional subject" para sa mga kabataan ngayon. Ito ay ang pagdagdag ng "Emergency Rescue Lessons". Namatay ang aking ama sa cardiac arrest habang tinititigan ng mga kabataan na taranta at hindi malaman ang gagawin. Naisipan pang videohan sa halip na tumawag ng rescue. Napakasakit mawalan ng isang ama lalo na at siya ay isang bread winner. Sana naman kahit mga bata ay marunong mag response sa ganitong mga pangyayari. Sana maisakatuparan bukod sa ROTC. Maraming salamat po.
