Office of the Vice President,

Magandang araw po, ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong mga puso para humingi ng pinansiyal na tulong para sa aking ina na. Siya po ay kasalukuyang nasa CCU (Coronary Care Unit) ng Philippine Heart Center sa kadahilanang siya po ay na diagnosed na may critical risk pneumonia, diabetes at cardiovascular disease.  Habang tumatagal ay palaki na po ng palaki ang aming bill. Nawa'y matulungan nyo po kami. Maraming salamat po!
