Hello po, Good afternoon po maam manghihingi po ako ng tulong po para po sa operation ng asawa ko po sa heart center po kailangan po siya maoperahan sa lalong madaling panahon po maam, operahan po siya sa puso po maam yung valve po niya kailangan daw po palitan sabi ng doctor, sana po maam matulungan niyo po kami para po maoperahan na po siya .maam wala po kaming sapat na pera pambayad po nagtitinda lang po ako ng fishball,kikiam sa bahay po, ang asawa ko po driver lang po maam sana po maawa na po kayo sa asawa ko po maam. Maraming salamat po pagpalain po kayo ng diyos GOD BLESS PO.
