Hi,

We would like to request for medical assistance for our brother's hospital bill who died from COVID19.

Our bill was almost 4M pesos and we need help to pay some portion of the bill.

Sa private hospital po na confined dahil puno na ang public hospital during those time. We can send mga supporting documents for this claim.
