Good Day Madam Vice President!

I am Ian Paul V. Paulmino, a son of 48 years old father who is diagnosed of diabetes and almost 3 years of having a dialysis session. With regard to that, In behalf of my family, I would like to request to your respected office to please grant us financial/medical support for we don't have enough income in our family. My mother is a BHW in our Barangay in Lumban, Laguna. Here salary is 1k only which is not enough to shoulder our everyday expenses plus the payment for dialysis twice a week.
