gusto ko pong  humingi ng pag maintenance ko  s aking sakit n diabetes ,gusto ko po n mabigyan ako ng continous n pambili ng gamot at pag update ko s doctor .every three month or 6 month  at mga pag laboratory ,ako po ay humihingi ng tulong ng pag maintenace .ako po c Mercurio Agbuggo  09635150266 /  9452835428..at ang aking  asawa  linlyn   agbuggo.
