Magandang Araw po,

Nais ko lang po humingi ng tulong para sa financial assistance for my medical treatment. I was diagnosed with Acute Limb ischema at kailangan ng medicine maintenance in order to recover and magpapacheck up at may rehab treatment para akoy makalakad.

Sa ngayon po wala akong trabaho gawa ng aking sakit at di po ako makalakad at ako lang po ang bumubuhay sa mga kapatid ko. At need ko po ng pambili ng gamot at pangfollow up check up para tuluyan na po akong gumaling at makabalik trabaho po.
