I am a postdoc at the University of Southern California working on a case study of counterinsurgency in the Southern Philippines. 

Would it be possible to an electronic copy of the AFP's 2001 National Military Strategy (NMS)? I would be extremely grateful.

Unfortunately, the FOI program is accessible only for Filipino citizens. Also please note that these documents are classified up until 2010 with the landmark publication of Internal Peace and Security Plan Bayanihan followed by the Development Support and Security Plan Kapayapaan. These are all available online. Thank you.
