Your request You asked for 2001 National Military Strategy (NMS). Response to your request Unfortunately, the FOI program is accessible only for Filipino citizens. Also please note that these documents are classified up until 2010 with the landmark publication of Internal Peace and Security Plan Bayanihan followed by the Development Support and Security Plan Kapayapaan.
