Greetings!

We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs;
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay; and
4. An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study.

You may send another request with the abovementioned requirements to paoafp@gmail.com. Please indicate the reference number of this request to your e-mail subject.

Alternatively, if you're from the AFP, please go through  the proper channels. You may request the same from the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, OJ3.
