I would like to request for information regarding:

1.) AFP ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE with IAS (Internal Audit Service)

2.) AFP ORGANIZATIONAL CHART with IAS (Internal Audit Service)

Greetings!

We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay
4. An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study.
