I respectfully request for verification of my deceased father's military record in the year 2000 to 2003 named Catalino Asentista Cabaluna from San Carlos City Negros Occicdental 6127.He just passed away last week and we would like to know if he will still have or avail some benefits from other government insurance.Hoping for your kind and prompt response.Godbless and thank you so much!
