Hi Good day, Ako po si Emmanuel M Orate Jr graduate ng BSMT course sa PMI COLLEGES MANILA 2012. Naka tapos ng ROTC training kaso po hindi ko na kuha ung certificate ko sa school. Balak ko po sana mag pa re active ng status para po sa Naval reserve hinahanapan po kasi nila ako ng Serial number. Sana po ay matulungan nyo kong malaman ang aking serial number. Maraming salamat po.

You asked for Certificate of ROTC TRAINING.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
