Hello,
On our course of research Rear Adm. Guillermo G. Wong has been appointed as Philippine Ambassador to Hanoi on 2002 to 2003. Before this, he was part of the Philippine Navy as  Flag-Officer-In-Command.  We would like to get a copy of his photo for the report we are preparing. Thank you.
