Goodmorning sir/madame. This is a query only for personal purposes.

1) Can resigned individuals with trainee classification (such as Candidate Soldier/Officer Candidate/Cadet) may still apply to return to service granting their resignation is due to their own voluntary decision prior reapplication to the force years later? 

2) What is the minimum number of years before an enlisted personnel may resign? What about for the officers?

Greetings!

We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay
4. An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study.
