Would to to know my Serial No. In ARESCOM
Completed Training for CADET OFFICER LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2002 Associated Commandant at Labangal National High School General Santos City headed by 1103 South Cotabato Community Defence Center 
Graduated in Citizen Army Training 2002 at Bula National School of Fisheries supervise by P2LT Jimmy Mapute (School Commandant). Please advise if this following certificates have chance to join the Army Reserve Command. If yes please send my Serial Number on said Certificates and where RCDG/CDC in admin to be file.

You asked for Citizen Army Training-1/ CADET Officer Leadership Training.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
