HI, I would like to know my ROTC serial number where I finished and graduated s7mmer training at Fort Bonifacio taken up MS 21 and 22 while we are also doing our summer job program of Pres. Cory Aquino (Summer Youth Program). We took this on March to June 1991 (or 1990).
Hope that I will received my ROTC serial number.

You asked for ROTC SERIAL NUMBER.

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
