Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me: Rafael Vincent T. Santiago. I have been getting threats and I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me.

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI request. Please visit the police station in your place of residence and request for a police clearance.
