We would like to request for financial assistance for the hospitalization and cremation of my father who died today because of covid. He is Col. Nery A. Alonday(ret)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, unfortunately this is not a valid FOI Request. However, per PhilHealth, "please be advised that a qualified member can avail PhilHealth benefits at any accredited hospitals. As to the guidelines on PhilHealth's packages for Covid-19, you may visit this link for complete details."
