Good Day. I would like to request a copy of my serial number from Philippine Army Reserve Command. I am a graduate of Advance ROTC in 102nd CDC, 1st RCDG in University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. I am not sure with the exact date coverage but my Adance ROTC Cadetship commenced on SY 2009 and ended on SY 2013. Thank you and God bless.
