Good day Ma'am / Sir,
I would like to request the requirements  for Height waiver certificate.
I'm applying NICTC Special Enlistment and I already submit all my requirements to Recruitment of Naval Station and the last requirements is Certification of Height waiver. For your consideration. Thank you and stay safe.


Dear sir/ma’am
We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:
1.	A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2.	Two valid government-issued IDs
3.	Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and your Barangay
