Good day. If ever the applicant still unable to reach the minimum height qualification under R.A. 11549 or the Height Equality Act, what is the new Height limit for those applying for Height Waiver? Hoping for a favorable response.

I refer to my letter of Apr 20, 2022 02:09:28 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for HEIGHT LIMIT OF APPLICANTS FOR HEIGHT WAIVER UNDER R.A. 11549.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Are you applying as an Officer or Enlisted Personnel of the AFP and in what Major Service? The law that you mentioned is about the PNP, BFP, BJMP and BuCor Height Equity Act; it does not involve the AFP.
