To whom it may concern,

I would like to check if I already have my reservist serial number registered, I Took Military Science 1-2 whet back 2003-2005 when I was in college at Bulacan State University. I Graduated in March of 2005 & I don't have any idea of what is my reservist serial number, I'm planning to be an active reservist.
