Guilaran 12:29 AM, Sep 30, 2022

Good evening. Early afternoon, a suspected regional head of a terrorist organization made contact with our business, asking for help because they have a wounded soldier nearby yet said that they have been "observing" the said family business. Hence, I would like to know how to file a suspected terrorist report and evidence that:

1. Identify if said terrorist's (name) is true and the events occured is not prank/sick joke
2. Could possibly help eliminate the said nearby terrorist and increase our level of safety.
