Response to your request

We regret to inform you that personal transactions are not valid FOI Requests. 

You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program for a copy of your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit. They will also help you to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com.
