hi, i would like to request for my ROTC serial number for my application of applying reservist for philippine navy.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 11, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Request for ROTC serial number.

We regret to inform you that personal transactions are not valid FOI requests. 

You may proceed to/call your school/NROTC unit/Naval Reserve Center where you finished your NROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com.
