Good day! As part of my research, A Proposed Davao City Philippine Army Dependents Village: A Study on Fostering Community Wellbeing Through the Application of Salutogenic Design in Domestic Architecture. I would like to ask for the information of the following:

1. Housing options available to military families.
2. Demographic profile, Davao city Philippine army dependents.

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs;
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay; and

An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study will also be appreciated.
